Libby Moser, MS, RDN, LDN
Libby Moser is a passionate clinician specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and mental health. Libby received her Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University in nutrition and dietetics, where she completed an accredited dietetic internship. Libby is currently working towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
Since completing her training, Libby has been working in all levels of care. In her clinical work, she provides nutritional therapy to help individuals improve their relationships with food, nutrition, body image, and overall well-being. She has researched the effects of perceived stress on disordered eating patterns and applies this background in nutrition therapy to unravel the influence of social factors on nutritional and diet beliefs held by individuals. As a clinician, Libby practices a non-diet approach, incorporating principles of Intuitive Eating (IE) and Health at Every Size (HAES). She follows the philosophy that all foods fit, and helps her patients develop a lasting, positive relationship with food by combining balance, moderation and variety in their approach to eating.
