Our nutrition counselor will take the time to listen closely and to understand where you are right now in terms of your lifestyle and diet. She will work with you to help you achieve your change goals, and will advise you in creating an individual action plan to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle. She is expert in working with a range of disordered eating patterns and will help you find a way toward a healthier relationship with food that’s tailored to fit your needs.
Nutrition counseling involves working in the following areas:

- Access to intuitive eating workbook, handouts, and other resources
- Nutrition education
